Salon Policies

Be cool. Don’t be all like uncool. Ok? Our goal is to provide our guests and staff with a positive, professional, and inclusive space to enjoy. So when it comes to nail salon (and human) etiquette, The Nailtel has a zero-tolerance policy. At our discretion, any behavior that we feel is inappropriate may result in the refusal service with no refund. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate behavior seemingly related to drugs or alcohol, sexual comments/remarks, racism, bigotry, homophobia, xenophobia, and general harassment.

And for the safety or everyone and everything at The Nailtel, please help us follow the following policies.

Animals

Animals are not allowed in the nail salon, with the exception of service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests.

Valuables

The Nailtel cannot be responsible for damaged personal valuables during services and will not be liable for lost or stolen personal items or valuables. When your services are complete, please check to make sure that no belongings are left behind.

Children

We love children and have children, but due to safety precautions, only children receiving a service are permitted in the salon.
