Front Desk Concierge

THE NAILTEL—Sacramento’s most elevated, environmentally conscious, and in-demand natural nail salon—is looking for two part-time front desk staff members to assist with the following duties at the concierge desk and beyond.

Compensation: $15-$17/hour DOE.

FRONT DESK RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Greeting and engaging with clients

·      Assisting with polish color choices

·      Processing payments and gratuities through our web-based POS system

·      Scheduling appointments through our web-based booking platform

·      Sanitizing salon tools and work areas above and beyond State Board standards

·      Assisting nail technicians with set-up and take-down during busy times

·      Managing inventory

·      Conducting salon-opening and -closing procedures

·      Answering phones and general emails

MEMBERS OF THE NAILTEL TEAM MUST:

Nail Tech/Nail Artist

THE NAILTEL is looking to hire licensed nail technicians/nail artists to join their talented (and busy!) team at Sacramento’s most elevated, environmentally conscious and in-demand natural nail salon.

THE NAILTEL sets a new standard of what all nail salon environments and experiences should be through: non-toxic, high-performing products, an inspiring and clean space, COVID-19 compliance, a friendly, collaborate team dynamic, and competitive, legal employee compensation and benefits.

Full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities available.

Compensation: $15-$20/hour DOE.

Members of THE NAILTEL team will:

·      Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer experience

·      Provide high quality manicure and pedicure services. We specialize in natural nails (using traditional polish, gel polish, and Dazzle Dry performance polish), and curated, seasonal nail art (no acrylic or dip)

·      Go above and beyond State Board standards of hygiene, sanitation sterilization, and cleanliness (all materials and tools supplied by the salon)

·      Feel inspired and supported by a strong, fun, and positive team

·      Present a professional appearance and wear the apron uniform provided

·      Enjoy working in and maintaining a clean, upscale, esthetically pleasing space

·      Love learning, having fun, and developing their skills

All nail techs must:

·      Be California State Board licensed

·      Have 1+ years of hands-on, in-person salon experience

·      Attend salon and product trainings when necessary (time will be compensated)

·      Be able to perform both manicures and pedicures

·      Speak conversational English

·      Must be able to bend and kneel

·      Must be able to handle light cleaning supplies and chemicals
